Paul is a registered property valuer and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practising Valuer denotation. With over 25 years’ experience in the valuation profession, Paul is highly capable across the majority of asset classes.

WHAT

Paul undertakes property valuations for purposes including sale, transfer, internal decision-making, tax depreciation and market rental assessments. Asset classes include residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and tourism. Paul has historically specialised in the assessment of going concerns (business and real estate combined).
